This year several agreements on cooperation in the field of searching for oil and gas deposits in the republic were signed. The first is between the Government of the Republic of Tatarstan and the Russian OJSC Gazprom. Gazprom will conduct search and exploration work. To date, the first stage of geophysical research on Sargazon Square has been conducted.
In addition, an agreement was signed between the Government of the Republic of Tatarstan and the international company Kulob Petroleum Limited, according to which the company will conduct geophysical research in South-Western Tajikistan, as well as the rehabilitation of inactive wells in some deposits. The company already cooperates with drilling management at the search well No. 9 on Vostochny Alimtai Square and other projects.

– Indeed, the government of our country decided to complete the construction of the first stage of the Rogun hydroelectric power station on their own. However, involving investments and the assistance of the created consortium can implement the project in a shorter time and earlier get the return of the project.
– There are also a lot about the construction of small hydroelectric power stations, their work can partially remove the energy problem in the country. This is true?
– In Tajikistan, there are 947 rivers more than 10 kilometers long and a total length of 28 kilometers. On average, for the territory of Tajikistan, the density of the river network is 0.6 km/ km. Effectively use the energy of not only large rivers, but also small, this is an important task facing us. The Ministry of Construction of small hydroelectric power stations has been developed in the republic for the period 2008-2020. The construction of 189 small hydroelectric power stations is provided.
